HSYC Full Day / Full Year

 

  
  Full Day / Full Year is held in conjunction with one of the following models, Center Based, Home Based, or Combo Class. A limited number of slots are available to qualified families whose child is enrolled in Head Start. During the Summer months, the children remain in Head Start with childcare services only. Head Start collaborates with DHS and childcare providers to support working families in their need for reduced fee childcare services.

Families can qualify for Full Day / Full Year if:

  1. They live  in Yamhill County
  2. They have a child that is 3 - 5 years of age
  3. Parent/Parents are working at least 25 - 30 hours a week (if there are two parents in the home, both parents must be working).
  4. Family will or are receiving Employment Related Day Care (ERDC)
  5. Child is or can be enrolled in Head Start
