  1. The Center Based model serves children who are FOUR years old by September 1st.

  2. Class is three days a week for four hours a day.

  3. The family receives an education home visit of approximately1 1/2 hours from the teaching staff once every four weeks.

  4. A Family Advocate is also available to visit the family.
