Head Start has four centers (Newberg's is being built). The three active centers are:

Enrollment for these classes follow the federal and state income guidelines with the goal of serving the lowest of low-income and those with the greatest need for Head Start services. Please use these ENROLLMENT forms in English and Spanish.

Right now the children from Newberg are being bussed to Dayton. Once the Newberg center is ready, the children will go to their own community's center.

Depending on age and location, each child is put in the best environment possible. You can see our 2006-2007 graduating class pictures.

Current findings prove that high-quality Head Start classes promotes school readiness and improves outcomes for all children yielding significant financial benefits for each child, their families and society at large.
