Home Based Classroom Information

The Home Based model serves children who are THREE years old by September 1st. Each center has from one to three Home Based classes.

The family receives a weekly Home Visit from the Family Educator who supports the family's social service wants and needs.  Parenting skills are reinforced and the children enjoy showing their family what they learned at the center with their teacher and friends.

There are weekly socialization experiences of three hours. Children and their parents come to a classroom with others to participate in a class session where they learn new songs, numbers, letters and social skills.
